Admission Procedures

  1. All applicants, whether incoming first year students or transferees, must take the college admission test administered by guidance and testing center. No testing collected.
  2. If the applicant passes the application, he / she then fills the Admission Application Form. Must attached all the requirements needed.
  3. The applicant will then be interviewed by the guidance counselor or by a member of the admission committee who will notify the applicant his/her status of their application. If admitted, the applicant will be issued an admission slip that qualifies him to enroll.
  4. The applicant then proceeds to the registrar’s office for evaluation and final printing of matriculation/enrollment certificate.
  5. The students then proceeds to the cashier’s office for the initial payment together with his/her matriculation certificates released by the registrar.
  6. After paying at the cashier’s office he/she will then be issued a student’s copy of matriculation certificate with cashier’s signature and with officially enrolled stamp which means that the student is now officially enrolled and now part of the PCFC family.
  7. Then the student’s must report to the library office to fill out the library I.D form.
  8. Lastly the student should wait for the notification from the school of the orientation seminar schedule.

Requirements

Freshmen

  • Form 138 (original report card)
  • Form 137 (high school permanent record)
  • certificate of good moral character
  • 2 photocopies of NSO birth certificate
  • 5 pcs. 1×1 colored picture
  • 2 long folders
  • 1 long brown envelope

Transferee

  • original transcript of record (for PCFC copy)
  • honorable dismissal
  • 2 photocopies of NSO birth certificate
  • 5 pcs. 1×1 colored picture
  • 2 long folders
  • 1 long brown envelope
